LA’s SSQ was the short lived synth pop brain child of guitarist/keyboardist Jon St. James and vocalist Stacey Swain, who might be more recognizable by her stage name, Stacey Q. Before Stacey’s success as a solo artist with dance club hit Two Of Hearts in 1986, she was the singer of SSQ. Strange Disc Records is proud to announce the re-release of SSQ’s only full length studio LP Playback originally released in 1983 by Enigma/EMI America.

Strange Disc presents the album reissued in its original version with an exclusive bonus track added to the end of each side of the LP and is available in two different colored vinyl variants as well as standard high fidelity black vinyl.
